Product images are for illustration purposes. While we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device screen accurately reflects the product.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
- A product is out of stock
- There is an error in the product listing or pricing
- We suspect fraudulent activity
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
5. Payment
We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch via tracked international shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds

In summary: we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at machincanvas.co@gmail,com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at machincanvas.co@gmail,com before the 14-day period expires.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrgaHome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
