How to Return an Item

To start a return, email us at machincanvas.co@gmail,com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Conditions for Return

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs 

Refunds

Once we confirm your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please email us at machincanvas.co@gmail,com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours and we will ship the correct item at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Items returned after 30 days, or items that arrive back to us used or damaged by the customer, cannot be refunded.
